GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING
Grondzaak Integrated Services Limited (GISL) provides the whole solution for geotechnical investigation to obtain information on subsoil condition of the site and to develop the general guide for design and construction of foundation work in this site.
The geotechnical investigation is the first stage of our work on most projects. Most of our recommendations for a project are predicated on the data gathered during the investigation phase of a project. From geologic mapping to logging of borings or trenches to collecting and submiting soil samples for laboratory analyisis, every asppect of the field investigation is a geotechnicial building block in characterizing YOUR PROJECT NEEDS
A geotechnical investigation will include surface exploration and subsurface exploration of a site. Sometimes, geophysical methods are used to obtain data about sites. Subsurface exploration usually involves soil sampling and laboratory testing of the soil samples retrieved. All these services are performed by GISL.
GEOPHYSICAL ENGINEERING
Grondzaak Integrated Services Limited (GISL) provides the whole solution for geophysical engineering. We help locate and extract different natural resources from the earth, including ores, minerals, precious gems, water, or gases.
At GISL utilize their extensive knowledge of the earth to identify sites that may contain special mineral or stone deposits that could be of interest to mining companies and other corporations. We then plan how the resources will be drawn out of the earth in the most efficient and environmentally friendly manner.
Some geophysical techniques used for subsurface exploration include measurement of seismic waves (pressure, shear, and Rayleigh waves), using surface-wave methods and/or downhole methods, and electromagnetic surveys (magnetometer, resistivity, and ground-penetrating radar).
GEOENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS
Grondzaak Integrated Services Limited (GISL) provides the whole solution for geoenvironmental engineering which includes the protection of uncontaminated regions of the subsurface as well as the remediation or clean up of regions of the subsurface that have been contaminated by one or more events (e.g., industrial chemical spills, leaking waste containment facilities, leaking above-ground and underground storage tanks, infiltration of pesticides, etc.)

SURVEYS
